Entitled:
Vehicle Laws - License Restriction for a Minor - Prohibition Against Minors as Passengers

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to impose a restriction on the original driver's license of a minor which prohibits the minor from transporting individuals under a specified age; requiring the restriction to be in effect for a specified time period; exempting specified passengers from the provisions of the Act; authorizing a police officer to enforce the Act only as a secondary violation; and providing that a violation of the Act is a moving violation for the purpose of awarding points against a driver's license.
