Workers' Compensation - Award Modification - Compensation for Certain Viral Hepatitis

Synopsis:

Providing that, upon termination of a specified time limitation, an emergency response person who has a compensable accidental injury based on an exposure to any of the forms of blood-borne viral hepatitis may apply for a modification of an award within a specified time; etc.
