State Personnel - Payment of Wages - Direct Deposit
Authorizing the State Treasurer, on warrant of the State Comptroller,
to pay a wage by direct deposit; providing that the payment of wages
by direct deposit shall be made in accordance with regulations adopted
by the State Treasurer, with the concurrence of the State Comptroller;
and providing that regulations adopted by the State Treasurer may not
require the payment of wages by direct deposit for specified employees
and shall require that employees, when hired, be notified of the right
to request an exemption.
