Public Utilities - Underground Facilities - Liability for Excavation
or Demolition Damages
Limiting the liability of a person who damages an underground facility
due to excavation or demolition if the owner of the facility has not
become a member of a one-call system; providing that an owner of an
underground facility who has failed to comply with specified
requirements is liable for damages caused to the underground facility
due to excavation or demolition by a person who complies with
specified requirements; etc.
