Drug Dealer Liability Act
Making persons who are convicted under specified provisions of law of
knowingly and willfully manufacturing, distributing, dispensing,
bringing into, or transporting in the State a controlled dangerous
substance liable in a civil action for damages for the death of an
individual proximately caused by the individual's use of the
controlled dangerous substance under specified conditions; specifying
persons entitled to bring an action for damages under the Act; etc.
