Maryland Youthbuild Act

Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Youthbuild Act; providing specified education, job skills training, counseling, and leadership development training opportunities to eligible disadvantaged youth; requiring funds for a Youthbuild program to be used for specified services; authorizing the Secretary of Housing and Community Development to make grants to carry out the Act; requiring that a training subsidy, living allowance, or stipend be provided to specified participants; establishing eligibility requirements for participation; etc.
