Health Benefit Plans - Smoking Cessation - Coverage

Synopsis:

Requiring insurers, nonprofit health service plans, health maintenance organizations, and managed care organizations to provide coverage for specified smoking cessation programs under specified circumstances; and requiring insurers, nonprofit health service plans, health maintenance organizations, and managed care organizations that provide coverage for prescription drugs to provide coverage for three quit attempts for each enrolled or insured.
