Establishing various penalties and driving restrictions for specified
alcohol related offenses; requiring a court to order a person who
commits specified alcohol related offenses not to drive or attempt to
drive a motor vehicle with alcohol in the person's blood; requiring
the Motor Vehicle Administration to impose a specified alcohol
restriction on a person's driver's license under specified
circumstances; authorizing the Administration to impose a specified
alcohol restriction for good cause on driving privileges; etc.
