Organ Donation - Registration Over the Internet

Synopsis:

Providing for organ, tissue, and body donation over the Internet; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to work with the State Advisory Council on Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness to create an Internet donation site; prohibiting minors under 16 from giving consent to body or organ donation by Internet registration; authorizing minors 16 or over to give consent to donation over the Internet with the written consent of a parent or guardian; etc.
