Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Family Tree

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $400,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to Family Tree for the planning, design, renovation, repair, and capital equipping of buildings in Baltimore City, to be used for child abuse prevention and parenting programs, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; and providing generally for the issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.
