Authorizing the Director of the Bureau of Mines, Department of the
Environment, to enter into agreements with regulatory agencies of
other states to provide for the reciprocal recognition of specified
certifications pertaining to coal mining operations; providing
procedures to an individual with an out-of-state certificate to apply
to the Bureau for reciprocal certification; requiring an individual
with reciprocal certification to notify the Bureau if the other state
takes disciplinary action against the original certificate; etc.
