Election Law - Campaign Reports by Political Committees - Expenditures Made on Behalf of Candidates

Synopsis:

Requiring that each political committee identify in its campaign reports each candidate for whose benefit specified expenditures were made; requiring the political committee to apportion and report any expenditure made for the benefit of more than one candidate; specifying a penalty for violating the Act; requiring the State Board of Elections to enforce the Act for all campaign reports filed on or after November 1, 2000; etc.
