Electricians - Providing Electrical Services Without a Permit - Penalties

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Master Electricians and local electrical boards to impose a civil penalty not exceeding $1,000 on a person who provides electrical services in an unlicensed local jurisdiction without first obtaining any permits required by the jurisdiction; requiring the State Board and the local board to consider specified criteria when determining the amount of the civil penalty; etc.
