Institutions of Higher Education - Students - Vaccination for
Meningococcal Disease
Requiring students enrolled in institutions of higher education living
in on-campus student housing to receive a vaccination for
meningococcal disease or sign a specified waiver; requiring the parent
or guardian of the student to sign the waiver if the student is a
minor; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene, in
consultation with the Maryland Higher Education Commission, to adopt
regulations to implement these requirements; etc.
