Alcoholic Beverages - Wine - Personal Consumption
Import License
Establishing a personal consumption import license to be issued by the
Office of the Comptroller to specified individuals; authorizing a
licensee to accept delivery of wine from a domestic producer;
prohibiting a licensee from designating any other person to accept
delivery; specifying that up to 250,000 gallons per calendar year may
be received; specifying a $100 annual license fee; requiring that a
licensee pay all applicable taxes; and requiring the Office of the
Comptroller to adopt regulations to carry out the Act.
