Electricity Regulation - Renewable Portfolio Standard
Requiring the Public Service Commission to establish a renewable
portfolio standard to apply to all retail electricity products sold in
the State, at specified levels in specified years; requiring the

specified credits and requirements; stating the intent of the General
Assembly; and defining and altering specified terms.
