Synopsis:

Prohibiting an employer, employment agency, labor organization, or joint labor-management committee from discriminating against an employee or applicant for employment on the basis of the employee's genetic information or genetic characteristics; prohibiting an employer, employment agency, labor organization, or joint labor-management committee from requesting or requiring a genetic test of, or administering a genetic test to, an employee or applicant for employment; etc.
