Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene - Disclosure of Information to Interested Persons

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide written notice to specified persons if the Secretary finds that a person has violated specified statutory provisions under specified circumstances; requiring the Secretary to provide on request written notice to specified persons under specified circumstances; requiring specified persons to pay the cost of the required written notice; providing that the notice shall be forwarded by the Secretary or specified other person; etc.
