Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Budget and Management, in arranging health insurance benefit options under the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program, to ensure that coverage is provided for a dependent child of a State employee who must take a leave of absence from an accredited educational institution in order to fulfill an educational requirement of the institution.
