Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $750,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of The Jentry McDonald Corporation, Inc. for the planning, design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a children's group home and day care center for infants, to be located at 1212-1214 North Eutaw Place in Baltimore, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; providing for a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
