Share Liability
Requiring a manufacturer of lead-based paint to reimburse specified
persons for damages caused by lead-based paint; establishing the types
of damages for which specified manufacturers of lead-based paint are
required to pay reimbursement; providing that specified manufacturers
of lead-based paint may be held liable under any legally recognized
theory of liability, including a market share theory of liability;
etc.
