Authorizing the Baltimore City Board of License Commissioners to add a
special off-sale caterer privilege to specified alcoholic beverages
licenses; authorizing a licensee who holds a caterer privilege to
contract to provide specified services; establishing the hours that a
licensee may exercise a caterer privilege; requiring a licensee who
holds a caterer privilege to have food preparation and delivery
facilities; providing that a caterer privilege is incorporated into
the existing license; etc.
