Task Force to Study Historic Providers of Health Care Services

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Historic Providers of Health Care Services; providing for the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Governor to appoint the chairman of the Task Force; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide staff for the Task Force; prohibiting a member of the Task Force from receiving compensation; requiring the Task Force to study statistical data of historic providers and their inclusion on managed care organization provider lists; etc.
