Synopsis:

Establishing and requiring the imposition of specified mandatory minimum sentences for violations of specified controlled dangerous substance crimes; altering the length of specified mandatory minimum sentences for specified controlled dangerous substance crimes; limiting the availability of parole for specified mandatory minimum sentences; requiring specified sentences for specified controlled dangerous substance crimes to be imposed consecutive to other sentences; etc.
