Reducing the level of alcohol concentration required for a determination of driving while intoxicated per se; reducing the level of alcohol concentration that will result in the suspension of a driver's license; reducing the level of alcohol concentration that constitutes prima facie evidence of driving while under the influence of alcohol; etc.
