Food Service Facilities - Labeling of Food and Drink - Information on Allergenic Ingredients and Food Allergies

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a food service facility from serving or selling food or drink to a customer unless the package containing the food or drink is labeled in a specified way; requiring a food service facility, at the customer's request, to provide information about specified allergenic ingredients in the food or drink it serves or sells; allowing the facility to show the customer the package label as proof of the ingredients; requiring a food service facility to display a food allergy alert poster; etc.
