Election Law - Deceased Registered Voters

Synopsis:

Requiring the next of kin of deceased registered voters to present a certified copy of the deceased voter's death certificate to the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA); requiring the Commissioner of Health of Baltimore City and the health officers of each county to report to the MVA the names and addresses of individuals at least 16 years of age who have died during a specified period of time; requiring the MVA to forward copies of specified documents to the State Board of Elections; etc.
