Synopsis:

Requiring a court that suspends a sentence or stays a judgment of conviction and places a defendant on probation for specified alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses to require the defendant to participate in specified alcohol or drug treatment or education programs; requiring a court to order a specified evaluation of a defendant who is charged with specified alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses; etc.
