Alcoholic Beverages Violations - License to Drive - Suspension

Synopsis:

Requiring a circuit court or the District Court to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration if a person under the age of 21 years is found guilty of specified alcoholic beverages violations; requiring the juvenile court to order the MVA to initiate an action to suspend the license to drive of a child who is found to have committed specified violations; requiring the MVA to suspend for specified periods the license to drive of specified persons for specified alcoholic violations; etc.
