HIV and AIDS Cases - Confidentiality and Reporting Provisions

Synopsis:

Providing that any record, report, statement, note, or other information that is assembled by the AIDS Administration of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is a "confidential record"; requiring physicians to file confidential reports to county health officers in AIDS cases based on diagnosis, not suspicion; specifying contents and requirements of HIV/AIDS case reports; etc.
