Mass Transit Administration - Prohibited Acts - Issuance of Citations

Synopsis:

Requiring a person engaging in any specified prohibited act in a transit vehicle or transit facility under the jurisdiction of the Mass Transit Administration to provide a police officer or an authorized agent of the Administration with the person's name and address and any written verification of this information in the person's possession, when requested; and authorizing a police officer or authorized agent of the Administration to issue a citation to a person engaging in any specified prohibited act.
