Synopsis:

Requiring the display of a food allergy alert poster by food service facilities and school cafeterias that prepare food for patrons; requiring the poster to be displayed in a conspicuous place for employees; and requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to approve the food allergy alert poster to be displayed.
