Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to revoke an individual's driver's license after receiving satisfactory evidence the individual violated an alcohol restriction; requiring an individual who requests the Administration to reinstate a revoked driver's license to complete a specified number of hours of community service; requiring that the Administration impose an alcohol restriction on the license of an individual who is convicted of specified violations within a specified number of years; etc.
