Synopsis:

Repealing the death penalty; repealing procedures and requirements related to the death penalty; providing that inmates who have been sentenced to death shall be considered as having received a sentence of life without parole; providing that in cases in which the State has filed a notice to seek a death sentence, the notice shall be considered withdrawn and considered a notice to seek a sentence of life without parole; etc.
