Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Radium Contamination in Private Wells, the means of reducing the financial cost of testing for radium contamination by private citizens, and alternate means of removing radium from well water; providing for the membership of the Task Force; and requiring the Task Force to submit a final report to the General Assembly by December 31, 2001.
