Environment - Flood Damage Restoration Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing the Flood Damage Restoration Fund; requiring the Secretary of the Environment, in consultation with the Director of the Maryland Emergency Management Agency, to award grants from the Fund to assist subdivisions in the repair or replacement of publicly owned real property damaged by flood; requiring the subdivisions to comply with all current standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations; etc.
