State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program - Participation by Employees of Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland

Synopsis:

Allowing employees of the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland to enroll and participate in the health insurance benefit options established under the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program with the approval of the Council; requiring the Council to pay specified costs to the State; and requiring the Council to determine the extent to which it will subsidize participation of its employees in the program.
