Criminal Background Investigations - Care and Supervision of Children - Substitute Employee Pools

Synopsis:

Requiring that specified provisions of law related to criminal history records checks apply to specified entities that establish and maintain a pool of individuals to work as substitute or temporary employees in facilities where children are cared for or supervised; defining "employer" and "employee"; and requiring an employer to require an employee to obtain a criminal history records check.
