Crimes - Sex Offenses with Minors - Continuing Course of Conduct

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person at least 18 years old from engaging in three or more sexually related acts over a period of not less than 3 months with an individual under the age of 14 years; establishing penalties; prohibiting a person who has been charged and tried under the Act from being charged with related offenses; providing that a sentence under the Act shall merge for sentencing purposes with equal or greater offenses; defining terms; and providing for the application of the Act.
