Synopsis:

Altering the name of the Board of License Commissioners in St. Mary's County from the Alcoholic Beverage Board of St. Mary's County to the Alcohol Beverage Board of St. Mary's County; and altering the qualifications of a person signing a specified certificate attached to a new alcoholic beverages license application in St. Mary's County to require the person to be a registered voter of St. Mary's County.
