Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Exemptions - Disabled Individuals and Seniors

Synopsis:

Altering a provision to provide that a motor vehicle for which a special disabled person's registration number and special registration plates have been issued is exempt from the requirements of the vehicle emissions inspection program if any owner of the vehicle meets specific disability requirements; altering a provision to provide that a motor vehicle, any owner of which is at least 70 years of age, is exempt from the requirements of the vehicle emissions inspection program; etc.
