Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland African American Museum Corporation to establish compensation, holidays, and leave for Corporation employees; requiring the Corporation to invest specified Corporation moneys in specified obligations; clarifying the scope of the moneys that are subject to investment by the Corporation; including officers and employees of the Corporation in the list of State personnel who are immune from liability under the Maryland Tort Claims Act; etc.
