Synopsis:

Providing a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax of $3,500 for qualifying Citizens on Patrol volunteers; specifying the criteria for qualifying for the subtraction modification; requiring local law enforcement agencies to maintain records of the activities of Citizens on Patrol volunteers and to provide reports of those activities to the volunteers, the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, and the Office of the State Comptroller; etc.
