Crimes - Controlled Dangerous Substances, Controlled Paraphernalia, and Drug Paraphernalia - Regulation

Synopsis:

Establishing that any substance that is designated as controlled under federal law shall be similarly controlled under State law unless the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene objects to the classification; clarifying specified provisions relating to controlled dangerous substances; and adding drug paraphernalia to the list of materials that specified persons may temporarily possess under specified circumstances.
