Food Service Facility Manager - Certification

Synopsis:

Requiring a moderate or high priority food service facility to have a certified food service manager on the premises to oversee food operation and sanitation after July 1, 2005; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish a certification program for food managers; requiring the Department to maintain a central registry of certified food service managers; requiring the Department to approve examinations that meet specified criteria for certification; etc.
