Transportation Service - Elderly and Individuals with Disabilities - Criteria

Synopsis:

Requiring that the criteria to be developed by the Secretary of Transportation with respect to the distribution of specified funds to a county for transportation service to elderly and handicapped persons shall include a provision that allows the funds to be made available to a county with exemplary performance records with respect to the provision of that service.
