Synopsis:

Exempting from reemployment restrictions and an offset of a retirement allowance retirees of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System who are employed by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in specified hospitals; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide information to the State Retirement Agency; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
