Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Highway Administration to establish a bridge sponsorship program; requiring a person awarded the right to sponsor a bridge to pay to the Administration the amount of the winning bid; prohibiting the Administration from awarding a sponsorship if the highest bid would not exceed the Administration's costs under the Act; requiring the Administration to construct, erect, and maintain sponsorship signs that meet specified requirements; providing for the distribution of revenues received under the Act; etc.
