Community Compensation for Community Impact Offenses Act

Synopsis:

Authorizing community associations to bring actions for civil penalties and for specified fees and costs for specified criminal offenses occurring within the boundaries of their community associations; requiring a court to consider certain factors in awarding a penalty; requiring a community association that is awarded a penalty to submit a specified plan; establishing the admissibility of specified evidence in specified criminal proceedings; and establishing the jurisdiction of the District Court.
