Synopsis:

Authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to prepare fishery management plans for specified species that apply to the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, coastal bays and their tributaries, and the Atlantic Ocean; prohibiting the Department from adopting regulations to implement a fisheries management plan for the coastal bays until the Department holds public hearings; etc.
